No Refunds / Final Sale
At Medicube, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products once an order has been placed and processed.
Hygiene & Safety
Due to the nature of our products (skincare/personal care), we cannot accept returns or offer refunds to ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers. Once a product leaves our facility, it cannot be restocked or resold.
Damaged or Defective Items
The only exception to our no-refund policy is if an item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged product, please follow these steps:

Contact us at business@medicubee.in within [e.g., 48 hours] of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.

Upon review, we will provide a replacement for the damaged item at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center and cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.
